Michael Perham update
Posted on Nov 26 2008
Continuing on our story about Michael Perham, 16, who hopes to become the youngest, solo, non-stop circumnavigator struck first problems this afternoon...or at the latest tomorrow morning.
Having left Falmouth last Tuesday, Perham was forced to stop in Cascais, Portugal on Friday, with autopilot problems. Michael hopes to be under way again tomorrow; however, the schedule has changed a bit now. Iif he wishes to go round non-stop which now means from Cascais to Cascais. But if he does have to stop again he will still be the youngest person to sail solo round the world.
