If you find yourself around the Adriatic this autumn/winter you should know that from 1 October 2008, ferries and passenger ships along the Croatian Adriatic coast will run less frequently according to autumn/winter, out of tourist season timetable.
The timetable is valid until 31 May 2009. As in previous years, low season timetable means reduced number of trips to the islands. However, due to the excellent growth in number of visitor in Croatia this reduction is less significant than the same in previous years.
Therefore, the connection with many islands is almost at the same level of seasonal. Mainland to island connection with the island of Hvar, Korcula, Mljet, Lastovo and other some other islands stays almost unchanged.
