The Russian national airline introduces flights connecting Moscow to Dubrovnik during the tourist season.
From Dubrovnik airport comes the confirmation about the collaboration with Russian Aeroflot airline. From 1st June until 30th September, flights on the route Moscow-Dubrovnik will start three times a week, on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Because of the, constantly larger interest of Russian tourists, yachtsmen and businessmen, Aeroflot decided to ensure for 2011 an Airbus A320 plane, offering a business and a tourist class tickets.
This will certainly cheer up numerous tourist agencies and tour operators that waited for this regular line, as well as the large number of Russian tourists who want to visit Croatia. According to Frano Luetić, Dubrovnik airport’s vice-president, it is a sign of high demand and very high tourist position of Croatia, as Aeroflot usually cannot satisfy all flights demand and therefore it chooses just economically most convenient lines.
